WHAT ID DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following forms of ID using our ID Scanner: Passport or
Driving License. All ID must be valid & in date.
WHATS THE DRESS CODE?
We ask that our guests dress smartly and maintain a “dress to impress”
policy, but we decide on an individual basis. Any guests wearing sports
wear, man / shoulder bags or large chains will not be permitted.
We work hard to make sure The Piper looks ready to party, and ask that
you do the same. Unfortunately we can’t make promises over the phone or
by email, so come down on the night & if you look the part then you
shouldn’t have a problem.
CAN WE GET TICKETS ON THE DOOR?
We recommend buying a ticket in advance to guarantee entry, save money &
skip the queues. However there will always be limited tickets available
on the door.
IS THERE A CURFEW ON TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE?
Yes, all ticket holders must arrive before the stated curfew on your
ticket.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY FOR TICKETS AND PACKAGES PURCHASED?
Tickets & packages are non-refundable, unless an event is cancelled or
rescheduled. For any questions regarding tickets or packages, please
email info@thepiperhull.co.uk
No refund will be given to any customer refused entry to the venue due
to intoxication or dress code.
I’VE LOST AN ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing
info@thepiperhull.co.uk and we will try to locate your item. Please
provide a description of the item, and where it was left.
I HAD MY PHOTO TAKEN, WHERE CAN I FIND IT?
Head over to our Facebook Page for all photos. Don’t forget to tag
yourselves!
